Jussi Venäläinen is Finland’s best-known expert on flow state and a highly skilled professional in smart work. He coaches knowledge workers and organizations in flow expertise — how to create the optimal conditions for flow at work, sometimes through smart ways of working, and sometimes by learning from foolish ones.

Jussi has coached more than 300 organizations.

At 38, Jussi has spent over 15 years studying and experimenting with different methods of productivity, smart work, and wellbeing. Over the years, he has been a founder in six different companies, which led him to refine ways of working so that the workload would not become overwhelming. He became passionate about flow while exploring ways to work more wisely.

Jussi’s academic background includes business, education, and sports sciences. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration and is also a qualified adult educator.
